Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  7/18/06      Rate This Apartment     I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath at Aguila Oaks since January 2006. The Apartment has a fire place and washer and dryer hookups. The closets in both bedrooms are gigantic. Lots of shelves and hanging space and storage. I can park right in front of my apartment which is really nice. My rent is only $650 and my electric bill has never gone over $80 and it is July! The staff is great, they are friendly. Alot of places I have looked at the people were stuck up. Not here, they treat you like family and always have something funny to say. The property is older but they are always working on updating and renovating something. My neighbors, well in my building people are not really outgoing, they are gone working most of the time. Ther is some nice looking men living here and I am single I wonder if they are available.
