| Management is far less then professional. I have lived here for a number of years, in all 3 different apts. Threw out my time at Altamonte I have had issues with management from apartment to tenet issues. Managenment will never take your side or even give you hope that they are working for you. Are you not their boss? You do pay good hard earned money to them to provide a service for you.
Just recentaly my lease came up, and I wanted to move due to poor natural lighting in my apt. So I have to filled out another applacation for another apt. After doing so management said I could no longer live here and have to move within 30 days due to what management called "a criminal history"
Now if I had "a criminal history" and management clearly has an issue with it. Why was my son and I allowed to live here for years?
Would you not think management would take into account; I was never an issue in the complex and was maybe late 1 or 2 times with rent and look past it (come on after 5 yrs) Or at least discuss it with me and ask about my record. Not at all, they do care less.
When I asked what was their findings management said it was against the law to show me their findings. Obvoiusly they do not care about you rights. I am speaking of the Fourth Amendment ('The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects)
I called the # management gave me in order to find out what was coming up on my credit & records. They did give me something. So then I called the DA's office and NOTHING!
But management does not care and wants me out.
