Reviewer:   Okpress@satx.rr.com   Review Date:  11/11/05      Rate This Apartment     I lived on the 3rd floor. When my neighbor in the apartment below had the flu for a week or so, I heard every cough and sneeze. I could hear footsteps. Later, a young couple with two small children moved in below -- it was pandemonium: I heard every step the children and the parents took. People climbing the stairs announced their own arrival. This is the poorest constructed apartment I've ever lived in (20-year history). Yet, the property is only 5 or 6 years old. Turnover in key personnel in 20 months included four managers, several assistant managers, and three maintenence foremen. What a waste of such a beautiful setting: built around Huebner Creek; deer run the creek bed in early morning. Wood duck and various birds live in the heavily wooded surroundings.
