We were told that we were moving into the best apartments in the area. When we arrived here, after traveling over 800 miles, we found an apartment that was in VERY poor condition. Since we had use our incomes from our previous jobs in another state to get approved for this apartment we felt like we were stuck. We signed the lease and move into the apartment. From day one we have had all kinds of problems. The apartment has water damage which has affected my whole family's health. Our first night in this apartment, it managed to flood our apartment and our neighbors apartment. Three hours after I called maintence they finally called back only because our neighbor had called to report that we had flood his apartment. Since we have been here we have delt with ants and wasps invading our apartment. And after repeated compliants to management nothing was done. The are snakes on the property and management says that they can't do anything about it. My 7yr old son stepped on a snake if front of the leasing office and then saw another snake lying on a sidewalk. My husband and a maintence person killed the snake, but management still refuses to acknowledge that they have a pest problem. I could go on and on about all the problems with this place, but the most important thing I could say is don't use an apartment finder and most definitely don't live here!
