I informed them to send my final water bill to a certain address and they sent it to the old apartment (Blue Swan), luckily I did a change of address. The letter sent to me was dated 12/13/05 and I received it 1/29/06. I cleaned my apartment and they still charged me a cleaning fee when I moved ($85.00) The apartment was not worth the rent I paided. And the new mainteance people are not worth the money.
