However, my apartment rattles in it's foundation whenever my neighbor closes his door. Also, parking is a bit tough to come by with no assigned slots and limited spaces. Lastly, there are no dog restrictions, so if you don't like big, loud, angry dogs - don't live here. In summary, this place is a reasonable deal if you land one of their rent specials.
