The pool has been tended to in over a month and consequently hasn't been used by anybody in over a month. They have electronic keys that haven't work since we moved in, and have they fixed them??? Of course not - they continue with the smile and nod routine. Their ONE maintenance man got fired a month ago and still no replacement. The place is falling down!!! It's no wonder they can't get anywhere close to 100% occupancy. We made a mistake coming here, please don't do the same.
