It wasn't due to the management though. The neighborhood is quiet and easy access to the highways and shopping centers. There is no assigned parking, that was the most frustrating thing about living here. The weekends were the worst, many times I had to park at a completely different building and walk about 200 feet to my building. I was promised ceiling fans would be installed when I moved in, they never did them. Though there are other units that have them. The 2 bedroom is spacious enough, but no pantry in the kitchen which was something I overlooked when I looked at the apt. There isn't enough cabinet space for everything. No medicine cabinets in bathrooms. No overhead cabinet in bathrooms. There is cabinets under the sink but restricted due to toilet being right next to it. Very thin walls and a very creaking ceiling. Took 2-3 days for any repairs to be done. But the pest control (Orkin) were great about being here montly. Never saw one pest the whole time I lived here. I'm leaving because of the large increase in renewing and of the new management company. The old management team was much better and had better response time in repairs. Rise in rent but no changes to the exterior. The parking lot has potholes and the speed bumps are need fixing. We have had a couple of car break ins and one apt break-in. The old management was good at reporting any problems but the new mngmnt does not.
