Think twice before leasing here at Carmel. Rats are a problem here. I had a rat in my apartment let alone it was on my bed while I was asleep. The complex couldnt come out that evening and do anything about it. It was the next day that evening before something was done , it was still in my room. There are constant car alarms going off all hours of the night. At first this was a nice community then it turned into a nightmare. Do not move here!! |
