Office Manager is the friendliest person you could meet, always greets you by your first name (almost irritating but nice) Onsite maintenance, several times I have had issues where plumbing was broken, toilet, ie... always prompt usually fixed within 24 hours if not less. Place doesn't look all that great from the outside but is well maintained and the price is right. Apartments are spacious and parking is never an issue. Did I forget to mention that this was an extremly quiet complex? Pool is always clean (rigid rules in regards to the pool) Gates are seldom inoperable (And when they are usually fixed within 24 hours as well. All in all this is a great place to live if you are looking for something quiet, niec, and reasonably priced
