Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  8/31/05      Rate This Apartment     My roommate and I stayed one year. One horrible year. Our main water line got clogged and ended up flooding our apt. They never changed the carpets or the tiling in the kitchen or laundry room. So tile was coming up. Bugs were constant!! They changed our locks and gave us the wrong keys to get in. We couldn't even get into our own apt!! When we moved they said that we hadn't given our notice!! We turned it in with our rent and that check was cashed so where was the notice? Who knows!!! Then they charged us on stupid things. Wear and tear is a given. Most apts don't charge you for that. But this one does. The electric is not metered and we were paying WAY too much for our electric bill. Where was the money going to?? DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Hated it hated it hated it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
