| Pay attention and read the other comments...the office staff and COMPLETE IDIOTS AND KNOW NOTHING. They dont even deserve jobs because they need to go back to school and get an eduation. They know nothing of running a complex or listening to residents. They talk on the phone and not to the residents. They have no idea what is going on, they only show up to work to rip off the main company for a pay check.
This is really sad bc I live here and the apartments themselves are GORGEOUS! I love my actual apartment but the people running it ruin it and they are the ones to blame.
THE GATES ARE BROKEN BC THEY REFUSE TO FIX THEM, THEY BLAME THE RESIDENTS FOR ACTUALLY RUNNING THEIR CARS INTO THE GATE IN HOPES THEY WILL OPEN...that is the kind of things and excuses the staff with give you if you go to them with a concern. Just letting you know.... |
