My apartment was litterally full of cockroaches. My bathroom doors were not closing completely because of the shift in the foundation and my roof was caving in every time it would rain. It has been 2 months since I've moved out and I am still getting a water bill! Since these idiots dont have their accounting right, they have not taken me off their books and I'm still getting water bills for days I have not even lived there. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE TO THE COLONNADE.
