I followed the move out instructions to the letter including their 60 day notice policy but they just can't seem to find my file. According to law they are supposed to return the deposit or a letter with the exact reasons for withholding the deposit within 30 days. You can sue but it would cost more to sue than the deposit is for which is of course what they are counting on. Since I'm seeing others with this complaint I'm guessing the States Attorney and maybe Troubleshooters might be interested in this.
