If you're looking for a place with CHEAP rent, centrally located and that's decent (not posh but not embarassing!) this is the place. If you can tolerate an indifferent at best leasing staff, mediocre at best maintenance, and cranky old people as neighbors, you'll do just fine. Some units are nicer than others so if you're shopping around, make sure to check out several units, if available. I've left once and came back and actually got the full refundable part of my deposit back so the management is fair! |
