	El Chaparral 7530 Robin Rest San Antonio ,   Tx   78209 Rating Recommend:     No Overall Rating:  1.0 Security:  1.0 Parking:  1.0 Appearance:  1.0 Management:  1.0 Maintenance:  1.0 Unit Condition:   1.0 Noise:  2.0		Review Title:   El Trasho Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  10/9/03      Rate This Apartment     after moving here from the east coast ..we found this apartment ..it was a quick move cause the manager was hurting for tentants..lol first 2 weeks we had no mail key for the mail box..the sercuitypeople they has are using legal drugs.we got fleas and didn't have a pet ..they never come out to fix anything ..the walls are uneven the ceiling leak..and some apartments the ceiling falls through..my neighbors apartment toliet flooded and they didn't send anyone out for a week ..so she had to put her dog in a shelter for a weekend and go stay in a hotel.. she was never reimburst..the ovens do not work properly your biscuits never come out crisp..and everything cooks uneven. the fridge leaks .. and the air conditioner vents mold ..some apartment have thick mold on the ceiling .. i got an allegery from the mold and spent several dollars on medacation to get better.. until finally i saw the mold and went to the doctor for an allegry medacation..and told the office the health risk ..and they still toke several days to come out..may i go on .. the office will hang up on you.. and the pool where never clean..and were shut down by the health department ..and ruined many of our plans for parties and such..i have been here 9 months and i have seen this place go through 3 apt. managers ..can't wait to get out ..the only and the only thing go about this place is all bills payed and they are spacious.. how i didn't see all this before i signed the lease :(
