For some reason, since April of 2006 it has started going down hill. New tenants are leaving trash bags outside their doors, instead of taking it to the provided dumpsters. Tenants are throwing their trash every where and anywhere, especially in parking lot area. Vehicles are constantly getting damaged by other tenants when dinging them with their own vehicles doors. People that dont resident at homestead come and use the swimming pool at all times, including after hours. When tenants or their visiting guest are in use of swimming pool they take-up all the parking with their vehicles, that is meant for other paying tenants that live adjacent to parking lot. Some time in the early part of January of 2006, Homestead Apartments stopped providing its tenants with a security guard, which watched over apartment grounds and parking lot. We will be planning to move as soon as lease is up or sooner
