I moved here in 2002. I lived here for 1 year and it was horrible. The management had favoritism, and of course I was not one of them. The first time we found a rat was around November 2002. I reported it many times and they never tried to help. I would set a rat trap every week and cought one every week. IT was horrible. I have never had an apartment charge me for any damage to an apartment. but they charged me well over $200.00. They tried to charge me for the front door, saying that it had chewing marks at the bottom. I replied back stating we never had a pet and that it was prob. the rats. Do not rent here!!!!!
