Only a couple downers, the noise level at night is high, loud speakers (red suburban) and noisey exhaust (blue civic). I will say do make sure your neighbors are quite because you can hear them through the floor. Repairs are in a timely manner. Management staff is always helpful. We do live near a retirement home so you do hear the ambulances alot. Make sure to live further away from the busy road. The lake is very nice and the walk around it is 1/2 mile. I feel safe here and would recommend it.
