| I've lived in Richland Trace from 1998-2005 and then again in 2006 to the present. I wish someone would tell me who is running this place and where the hell the maintenance people are. My lease is up in March 2007 and I count the minutes to get out of here.
This once was a fairly decent place to live and fairly well run, even with frequent changes of management. But now the management is non-existent and if by some miracle you do find someone in the office they are unprofessional and unable to answer even simple questions. But take your rent in heartbeat; that they are good at. Don't get me started on the also non-existent maintenace people. We had a broken kitchen sink fixture that leaked water under the cabinet and after nearly 3 weeks of hounding the managemnt it was fixed; but not after a funny moldy smell had developed under the sink from the water.
In general the complex is looking rundown and neglected and some of the renters here are on the thuggy looking side.
