Recent change of ownership - jacked up the water and sewer bills for the last 2 months with little notice - 4 year history of high turn over of office staff especially manager. They try to lure you with a decent deal, only to jack up your rent with the renewal lease. We are going thru renovations right now, cant wait when they stiff us with rent increases come lease renewal time. I can't wait til my lease is up, and I have lived here a long time. The main gate has been broken for over four months and we have had several car break ins. |
