And if you do get ready to add $30-$40 a month for water and you pay for wastewater for the complex also. My place is infested with ants and I had to wait 4 days for someone to spray. Loud parties, no parking, no security lights in the parking areas where you can find them. No security officer on site as advertised. I wish someone had told me about this before I moved in. Rents run high $800 plus with no frills. Furnace is old and noisy and will keep you awake at nightl.
