The carpet smelled like urine when I moved in and they refused to have it shampooed. The neighbors played loud music at all hours of the night on both weekends and weekdays. The security guards were unhelpful because these were their friends making noise. Reserved parking spaces were often used by individuals other than the owner. It took four months and four complaints for the maintenance folks to fix my microwave. It took as many complaints for them to clean up the greasy spill at the top of the stairs. Cigarette butts and other trash often left in the hallways. I was asked to remove my mountain bike from my porch, but other people were allowed to keep much more clutter on theirs. Additionally, a building close to mine was broken into in the middle of the day. The right person was never in the office to answer my questions, nor do they answer the phone. Overall, this is the worst rental experience I have ever had (I've rented at seven different places).
