We had juveniles living in the apartment above us without adult supervision and the management did not even know about it! They were smoking pot and having loud parties; we had to call the police about it constantly. Finally, they were served with an eviction notice...but the time it took for that to happen was 3 months! What a rat hole! Things NEVER got fixed when they were broken and what is worse - my mother died and they refused to let my father move out to come and live with me, because his lease was not over yet! I would highly recommend you to look elsewhere and be happier anywhere else but here! The police are very aware of this place. My dad constantly gets notices about crimes being committed here from the office yet they do nothing to protect their community from these crimes; maybe better security, or door alarms could be installed? No, they are more concerned about pocketing the money than making their renters safe. Oh, and another thing...the water is always being cut off for one reason or another, all the time! Reasons are never clear, but you need to be aware of this.
