Great if you don't mind the skyrocketing rent. The monthly rent for my two bedroom just went up $300 since management changed without other noticable changes. Otherwise nice and quiet, the pool is great and maintenence is good as long as they have all necessary parts, (it took them three months to get a part to fix my alarm) but everything else was fixed within 24 hours. The staff is nice, but can be airheaded. One of my roomates had to turn in her application 3 times because they kept losing it. Parking stinks. If you don't mind the rent and pay for a garage or covered parking space its perfect. Fabulous neighborhood. |
