Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  8/19/04      Rate This Apartment     I lived here for a year. Huge apartment as big as a house! That was great. Great floorplan. Parking lot is hard to get into. Nobody there seems to know how to park. My parked car was wrecked into 2 times. Inside apartment--horrible water damage on most of the units. Bad roofers fixed other bad roofers work. We had a leak that apartment didn't fix and then the roof eventually gave way. It was over the staircase and landed on my wife. They still took months to get the hole fixed. We had rot on the patio that is just eating away at the balcony. A beam holding balcony up can easily be pushed out of place by a small child. WORSE OF ALL--MOVEOUT-When we moved out we cleaned that place to better condition when we movbed in. They still found ways to take $700 off of our deposit which was $1000. When I complained they said someone added stuff to the list that shouldn't have been there. Like charging for a couple of days on a month we weren't even living there!!! So when I called them on that and they finally agreed to pay it back it still took months to get a refund. Shady management! Watch it if you live here. Last thing--they never knock if they have to go into the apartment. They have a key and just open the door. Caught my wife 2 times in a state of undress. THEY NEVER KNOCK!!
