DO NOT RENT HERE>......the apt is not bad, and the price is too good to be true....the management is HORRIBLE....they take weeks and weeks for repairs....they charge you for every possible thing(things that you would think are included in wear and tear)it is owned by a husband and wife team that dont know what they are doing....they have evicted people for gossiping about them....and the work that they have done is shabby. this was the worst mistake we ever made!!!!learn from our mistake. it is located in the heart of the medical center and is surrounded by much nicer complexes who charge a little bit more money but you have peace of mind.DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
