Was told that they would pay for cable. They didn't. Put in a maintance request when I first moved in, broke the lease 4 months later they still hadn't made the repairs. When I told them about the rat problem (which other residents were having problem with as well) I was told to take care of it myself. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The manager is very good at selling and the unit they show you is way better then the actually units.
