This place is not even close to what it is advertise. It is trashed most of the time. I have witnessed all kinds of property damage from unsupervised kids. Security is non-existant. Management... there is no such thing. And maintenance is a joke. For a property that is not old at all, has more crap falling apart. More so than an older existing property. I also moved here because of a no pet policy... I am allergic to dogs, cats, etc. I have seen all kinds of dogs around, so what does that tell you about the management. You find trash all over, literally trash. It seems as though no one can find the dumpsters or are incapable of throwing the trash in there, instead it is all over the place. Parking is a nightmare, you can barely get around there. An emergency vehicle has trouble getting through, so if you want to risk the lives of your family... I would not recommend. I know of several residents who had a medical emergency but could not get to the hospital because they were blocked of by other cars, an ambulance could not get to one elderly resident. What does management do... NOTHING. Security gates have been broken for months, it has been so long, I forgot my code... what's the point in having them? The only reason I stayed this long and even renewed is because of financial reasons and I like the amount of space I have. But the last straw has been broken, and I have had it. Don't try to get any descent nights rest, you won't get it either.
