Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  10/20/04      Rate This Apartment     I have lived at Tradewinds Apartments for 7 years. It is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management and maintenance are great! Maintenance is usually done on the same day I call in the workorder. The maintenance guy is also on call 24 hours a day and when you call after hours he actually shows up. Every problem I have taken up with management has been taken care of promptly. All problems have been small details but I know that they care enough about me to handle them. Due to the Windcrest Police department (which has a 1.5 minute response time) we have very low crime in the area. I feel very secure living in this complex.
