They won't provide apartment management with funds for maintenance, lawn care and waste management. Our trash area looks like a waste dump. We never have doggie bags and the landscaping looks like soon it will be mounds of dog feces and dirt. We have several buildings that often have water leaks, so we have high water bills. The weight room equipment doesn't work and the pool is not cleaned daily, sometimes green. We never see the manager. The office opens at 9:00 a.m. closes at 5:30, so no one can talk to management about concerns or personally hand in maintenance requests.
