The apartments and amentaties are wonderful, but the staff is absolutely horrible. Not only are they very unprofessional but they are really lacking skills and basic knowledge of apartment leasing. They have made countless mistakes with me and several other tenants. Myself and about 5-6 other apartment renters here at this property are seeking legal advice for being mischarged on rent, utilities and BOGUS fees. Overall the property is great but if you like this place you'll love Palermo, Ventana or the Colonial Village at Haverhill and their staffs are GREAT not to mention very helpful. |
