No customer service after you sign the papers, no maintenance inside or outside, very disorganized~it's like they just throw your paperwork away! Does not return phone calls. MBS management doesnt give a flying flip about the tenants. Front gate is ALWAYS open, Low-life people moving in left and right! Dog/Animal crap lines the hallways and is all over the BURNT to a crisp lawn.
