Reviewer:   Shaziaali06@yahoo.com   Review Date:  8/31/06      Rate This Apartment     Here at wall street their motto is "We care about your satisfaction" If that was true the things i've been complaining about for over a year would have been fixed. 3 weeks ago my car was stolen, probably due to the gates NEVER being closed. Been a resident stuck on a lease for 2 years now. Also parking is impossible and the parking lot is not well lit. Due to that it's a creepy walk to my apt from a parking spot on the other side of the property. No one cleans up after their dogs so there's that all over the lawns. Management will write out your workorders every time you complain but it takes about 2 months to get just your ice maker looked at. It wasn't fixed until i complained again and 2 weeks later they fixed it. My countertops are not covered on the bottom so you can see all the wood work. When i first moved in the toilets were black, dead roaches were in my shower light, and thank god my lease is almost up. I can't wait to get away from this nightmare. Wall st is just a fancy name there isn't anything high class or professional about this place.
