DO NOT FALL FOR THE GIMMIC IN THE SHOW BEDROOM AND THE FRIENDLY FACES ITS AN ACT TO GET U TO SIGN AND AS SOON AS U DO IT IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!!!!! I have worked for a bad apt. complex but this is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!! Management is TERRIBLE they are not nice and friendly they do not care about the residents. We are paying rent for a gated community, maintence, clean apt., access to pools, and of course paying management to properly manage the apt. complex but if they or SHE does not have a clue on how to manage an apt. complex then how can they accomplish that. And of course they have no sense of the word costumer service we pay rent so she or they can pay their own crap and yet they do nothing for us. We moved in the summer and since the first day we moved in we have been putting in work orders which takes them 2 weeks and 4 work orders to get some type of response. The gated community yeah well lets just say the gates never ever work which of course leads to an increase in burglary's and all the notices warning us to be careful, but doubt they even care. Bird feces everywhere disgusting and unsanitary! Bugs of all types in the apt. which is on the upper level. They close for 4 days for labor day and then charge late fees which may I add are $100 for one day late and $10 added every day after that ...PLEASE that's crazyyyy!!!! The pools are always closed so we assume it is because its too dirty all the time or someone forgets to open the gates. The carpet was nasty they said they shampooed it but we vaccumed and filled 3 bags of dirt on the third day here. So we are paying rent just so we don't sleep by a dumpster!!!!!!!!! do recommend WALNUT HILL apt. they are very good and cheap if that is what u are looking for. paid last yr. $337 a month 1bedroom with promotions of course so u should look every else in san antonio before you decide to sign here.
