Reviewer:   Floatin.chris@gmail.com   Review Date:  12/9/05      Rate This Apartment     I woke up this morning with no heat and no hot water on the coldest day of the year. It was 45 degrees in the apartment this morning. I had to have a friend watch our dog because it was it was shivering because it was so cold. There was also no Hot water so I could not take a shower this morning. Granted they finnally replaced our 1970's era dishwasher with a new one, after we complained for 2 months. They replaced our sink but only after the old one almost fell straight through the counter top. It took them Nearly a year ( 10 months ) to replace the carpet padding damaged after our upstairs neighbors flooded the place. And they STILL have not finished painting the walls. I refer to the wall color as "grunge" white. The security is well non-existent. Put it this way one day while walking my dog I actually found a bunch of spent shell casing in the nearby parking lot. The office staff isn't very understanding and if you want something done the best way is to put a request in writing several times with your rent check. Make sure you pay your rent on time too. The late fee is 50 bucks a day. And be prepaired to do your own pest control, and often. Because there are a lot of bugs and roaches. I find boric acid works best and is non-toxic to people and pets as well.
