Apartment Review for Vista Landing - San Antonio, TX

Moved in here about a month and there were a lot of things to put down on the check list to check off as to what was wrong in the apartment..well we had a leak in the bathroom, mold by the door and listed that as a important/ major thing they need to fix. reported it to some guy that works here and he put in a work order..they never came to fix any of this, my husband fixed the leak in the bathroom..well recently a crack in my kitchen ceiling has formed and was leaking water from the apartment upstairs. I reported it one day and the lady at the front said that they should take care of it that same day..well they never came. the next day i wake up to see water all over the kitchen and on my carpet at the front door with multiple leaks. my husband and I went to report it again. the girl at the front desk said the guy still had it in his stack and it should be done that day..My husband found one of the maintenance guys and told them directly about it after we left the office and they said they would be in our apartment in 15 minutes. 4 hours have passed and they still aren't here... other than the maintenance sucking the place is nice
