Apartment Review for Ambserburry At Deerfield - San Antonio, TX

The first night I moved in, I was dirty and sweaty and super tired and when I went to take a shower in my brand new apartment, there was no hot water. They did send someone out to fix that within about an hour and a half, but what a horrible surprise.

Since then, the hot water has mysteriously turned off about three or four times, but every time they are quick to come fix it. Now, whoever they have for the answering service after hours is horrible. They are rude and just plain stupid. And they lie. The answering service is beyond bad. If you have an emergency, they swear to you and they cannot call a repair man. That is obviously a lie. If something is going terribly wrong, well, a repairman has to be on call; that's part of the deal. They work at the complex and get to live here either for free or for drastically reduced rent. Point being, if there ever is an emergency like a leak or flooded apartment, don't count on the answering service to care.

And then the staff is really weird. They're nice, but fake nice. You can tell they don't like it when people come in. They're just not personable.

But I like my apartment and the electricity is never outrageous.
