Apartment Review for Amesbury At Deerfield - San Antonio, TX

I had lived there for a year. Always paid my rent on time. The walls were literally falling down. To fix it, they simply painted over it. The never fixed anything. Even the fireplace was falling down. The parking was crappy. They charged me an arm and a leg for parking that was only semi-near my apartment. That's not the worst. They were trying to tell me that my rent was raised after my lease was up but I never got another lease and they had nothing to prove it. Then they moved someone in and tried to charge me and the new tenant for the same time period. Their calculation on the moving out expenses were totally wrong and even when I proved to them that they were trying to charge me for days someone else lived there, they still denied it. We are currently in a battle and my next step is small claims court. If you value your credit and your time I would stay far far away from this place.
