Apartment Review for Arbor Hills Apartments - San Antonio, TX

gutters hung from roof to the floor for at least 2 weeks with no repairs. i contacted office about water seeping up through the grout(spelling) in my bathroom, 3 days have passed and they havent sent a person, i have complained 3 times about a puddle covering my entire bathroom floor and lack of acknowledge to repair the situation. office staff is hardly seen and maintence is hiding in the office. neighbors argue in the streets out loud without disregard for others. graffiti sprayed along the back fence. they only use grande comm for cable. basically these apartments are crap and getting worse. office staff doesnt respond to any approach about upkeep and or repairs. just waiting for my lease to be up b4 i move.
