Apartment Review for Arbor Pointe Apartments - San Antonio, TX

DO NOT RENT HERE!!

I've had numerous problems ever since I've moved in, the biggest being a major mold infestation that they were slow to take care of. Here is a list of the issues:

Water Heater only provided 10 minutes of hot water for a 2 bedroom apartment

Refrigerator broke and they would not reimburse me for spoiled food.

Dishwasher leaked; took several attempts to fix it.

Water heater main water line broke flooding my apartment and the neighbor's apartment below. They never replaced the carpet, just put a fan in to help dry

Washing machine leaked; took 3 attempts to fix it

Dryer took 3 hours to dry a medium load of clothes

And lastly because of all the water leaking problems there was a considerable amount of mold that grew in the closet. Very slow to respond, wouldn't let me terminate my lease, and are now trying to stick me with an extra month's rent
