Apartment Review for Arriba En Blanco Apartments - San Antonio, TX

Owners allow numerous residents to live in one apartment. These all being single men who work construction. Many illegal to US. If you live down stairs you have the water heater in your apartment. Which means you are being charged for the hot water to all those men upstairs from you. I have lived here for 16 years. Not once has managment come to clean my carpets or paint my cabinets or walls. Maintenance does come to fix plumbing or electrical problems. I have had to purchase a steam cleaner for the carpets and paint for my walls. I redid my kitchen floor and recaulked the bathrooms. All at my expense. If the AC breaks down good luck in getting them to come quickly. We live in South Texas where 100 degrees isn't uncommon. Hello, it's hot. Windows can not be opened or you get harrassed by the many men in your area. Cars are not safe. To many men, to many cars. Cars are broken into or keyed if you park where someone claims it to be thier spot. Your private plants in your area outside will be stolen, used as an ashtray or as a bathroom to men drinking late. Things wee fine at first but have gotten worse since the owner, Barbara, bought the property. She doesn't care one bit about her residents. Thinks we are all poor stupid people and does nothing to better the complex. I do not call this home any longer. It is a truck stop or living quarters for construction sites. The rooms are very large and the schools were idealy located for a single mom. I thank God school is now complete and I can move. do your children a favor, DON'T MOVE HERE!
