Apartment Review for Ashley Oaks Apartments - San Antonio, TX

To start off, Ashley oaks offered me a free weekend. This free weekend cost me $50 in electricity... For 3 days!! Sorry I couldn't make CPS move faster... The bill was only $2.72 in actual utilities used, but I was charged $10 a day plus a $20 service fee because the bill wasn't switched to name until Monday, the original move in date. The staff also neglected to tell me about pet rent. That's the stupidest charge. I have 2 small dogs, and I had to put down a $600 non-refundable pet deposit. I also have to pay an extra $20 per month for them to live with me. It's stupid. The deposit should be more than enough... If someone maintained the property halfway decently, I wouldn't mind paying the extra charge. I have 2 younger guys in my building (constantly having parties and stumbling drunk) who constantly harass me. I've complained to the office several times but it just gets blown off, so I've started involving the cops and it's still blown off. Frankly, I'm scared to live here; I don't trust me neighbors and the staff ignores my complaints. I'm scared to walk my dogs because I don't know what these guys will do... When I told that to the staff, the said I could talk to the relations manager when she gets in. On Monday. 3 days from now. Thanks for the help,guys. Hope I don't get raped this weekend!!
