Apartment Review for Austin Woods Apartments - San Antonio, TX

You will never see any of these apartments on the inside, you will only see the property and how well that is kept to lure you to sign a lease, these apartments are in really bad shape and they only have one maintenance man between 2 properties and you will never see him at the Austin Woods Apartments at all!! I found out that these apartments were purchased for rentals only and would never be fixed up and you will never get anything fixed. There is a solution though and I am going to give it to you so you can protect yourself against people who run these types of properties!!

This site has a self help packet, to help people who rent from properties that are not well kept in excellent working condition, and according to the Texas Property Code Sub Chapter B they have to fix everything in the apartment and if they do not you can get out of your lease with no penalties from the owners of the property and you can proceed with Judicial Remedies yourself!!!
