Apartment Review for Aztec Springs Apartments - San Antonio, TX

Where to begin... ? Hot water.. there is such a thing yes? Not here!! We go for weeks on end with out water, water is constantly turned off for hours without any prior notification. No Security. I cant even count on two hands the number of times doors are kicked in by thieves and tenants. The apartments are huge and the price is right. But it's to high a price to pay for all the minus's this property has. Management changes on a quarterly basis. Current management provides nothing as far as answers to problems. All the staff, Office and Maintenance, leave on property rent free but still it takes months for work order to be completed, if at all. There are now 3 office workers and 3 maintenance staff. All the good maintenance workers who seemed to actually know how to fix things have been let go or quit. Now all I see is a butch chick who spends her time mostly in the office with the ladies (go figure) the lead maintenance guy (who happens to be the Managers husband) running around after all the skirts in the complex and a little old man who runs his butt off doing repairs. Management attempts to rule with an iron fist but is normally out on 2-3 hours lunches. Floods, leaks, no a/c, no hot water and the list goes on and on... oh... one service that is included with your rent is sarcasm from office staff!!! oh wait... that's free of charge.
