Apartment Review for Bandara Crossing - San Antonio, TX

Hi, I have been living in Bandera Crossing for almost 5 years and in general i love the area. It must be said however that the Management acts as though the people living here are the enemy and not their source of revenue. Hostile signs, reminders and downright rude office staff will greet you. This is our home, not a place for you to vent frustrations with ridiculous signs. For example if you clean up after your pet you are treated with the same hostility as people who do not. I have often bent down to clean up after my dog and seen various other piles around, and yet still receive harshly worded notices about dog waste. It is unseemly. I received a notice about "trash" on my balcony. It was a mop drying. When i called to inform the leasing office the lady talked over me, and kept shouting "NO!" and i responded that it was clear she wouldn't be very helpful she said "that's right." I don't see how this is a good way to keep tenants, in fact I will be citing this particular event when i decline to renew my lease.
