Apartment Review for Bella Madera - San Antonio, TX

I lived at apartment 4301 for two years. My first warning should have been when I only had 4 hours to view the apartment. 1. Once I moved in it was apparent the previous tenant had an animal that they kept in the closet. The carpet people were sent out twice and it was never fixed. Needless to say I never got a cleaning deposit back. 2. The parking outside my unit is a great place to drink and party. 3. I could never find parking after 7pm on Friday or Saturday evening. 4. 6 months in Texas sized Cockroaches came out of the air vent. Fumigation did not help. 5. The manager that I signed with disappeared after a few months there, never to help resolve the issue. 6. For almost 6 months we had no security. (one of the reasons I signed) 7. The security gate is broken 3 to 7 days a month. 8. The TV in the 24 hour work out room was stolen, twice. No replacement will be made. 9. Security deposit just happened to exactly match the mysteriously coded charges on the bill that I received a month later. Really?
