Apartment Review for Bent Tree Apartments - San Antonio, TX

I've lived at Bent Tree for two years. Though there have been several staff changes, they have been consistent at making you feel as if you are bothering them every time one enters the office. They refuse to do anything about all the cats taking over the property. They always have an excuse for why they can't control the cat problem. The truth is that in order for them to remove all the cats they will have to pay a fee for the removal. My refrigerator went out, and it took them two months to replace it. When my air conditioner went out I had to wait SIX months for it to be repaired. There are constant wild parties at the pool all hours of the night. The courtesy officer NEVER answers the phone. That is, if there actually is one. Bent Tree has been nothing but a nightmare. If your life is too good, just move to Bent Tree Apartments. They are great at making your life hell!
