Apartment Review for Biltmore Park Apartments - San Antonio, TX

Need new maintenance, they come to your apartment and claim they fixed what ever is needed but when they leave it is still the same as it was before they came. We are still waiting on our ceiling to be fixed, our lawyer said don't remind them again, let it fall so it can hit someone and get them for free rent for the whole year. And believe me it is about to fall. Bathroom sink needs to be fixed and the faucet needs to be fixed. If I were the manager I would want my complex to look as good as the other apartments. All they do is ride around on a go cart. As soon as our year is up we are moving and never looking back.
