This apartment has auto theft and vandalism problems. The apartment does not do anything to deter it, like security cameras, proper lighting... It is a small complex and the managers are not courteous enough to mention when water is out, or that there may be dangers such posion ivy! Also, if you live downstairs, you can hear the people walking upstairs!  Need to rent an apartment?
